Tushar is currently pursuing his bachelors in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Groningen. He joined the Lerch Group in April 2023, in order to work on his bachelor thesis focusing on intelligent soft actuators. He is interested in biomimetic and stimuli responsive polymers as he chose the specialisation track on ‘Biomaterials Science and Engineering’. He is especially inclined towards data science and modelling projects and is also currently working as a student volunteer at Kamperman Lab focusing on preserving the longevity of flexible, conductive polymers.
