Kaloyan is a 3rd-year student currently enrolled in the Chemistry Bachelor at the University of Groningen. He follows the ‚Smart Materials‘ track due to his interest in understanding how to model and influence the behavior of molecular materials. He joined the Lerch Group in July 2023 to work on an Honor’s Project. His focus is on the synthesis, and analysis of liquid crystals for their eventual use in additive manufacturing.
